GoPromo.com is similar to Rent.com & Apartment.com, but Michigan based, and we reach the people they tend to miss by using Current Resident Postcards.  Our clients pay a monthly fee like Apartment.com or billed for confirmed leases like Rent.com.  $350 per confirmed lease via GoPromo (12 months), short term leases are pro-rated.  A maintenance fee of $37.50 is charged each month when a lease is not reported within that month.

200+ Michigan communities belong to our network, with each community receiving an internet domain name that is a direct link to their GoPromo website, plus the same information appears on GoPromo.com.  The community domain name is registered with the search engines each month and linked to 300+ websites to increase their traffic via the search engines.

All print inquiries are faxed and emailed. Managers control their community website pages via the Internet, from pictures to text.
